Dill Baked Salmon

Ingredients:

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Place salmon in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, or drizzle olive oil over the fish when adding the herbs. It will drip down and lubricate the dish when cooking.
  3. Sprinkle with dill and onion salt and top with lemon slices.
  4. Cover and bake for 15-20 minutes, until flesh turns opaque.
  5. Serve with extra lemon (sliced or in wedges).

Serves 4.
